photographs taken from the series m according to m, a photographic proposition based on literature.
a documentary project that doesn’t reveal a reality, but give a sensation of a reality.

the title, deployed, means two things: “mexico according to mômo”- the mômo being the nickname antonin artaud gave himself - and “mexico according to me”.
the visual narrative evokes the deterioration of his mexican dream from 1936 to 2017.

m according to m is based on the photographer’s conception of black dreams: a dark, intense, misty place, in the center of the night, where everything fades away, slowly.
